**What will you do'**

Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor you will be responsible for producing and maintaining accurate quotations to our internal and external customer base. Following up with customers to ensure conversion rates.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Hillebrand GORI sales function, through the production of accurate and timely quotations to our Import and Export customer base.

In the Sales Support function, you will help internal and external customers resolve sales-related matters in a timely manner, providing real-time support. You will also perform administrative tasks to support the sales development team and help them to gain and keep customers.

In the Operations Support function, you will be monitoring charges are correctly set up for further invoice to customer, having in consideration Incoterms and a deeply comprehension in packing list and wine cases configuration. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting operations team to ensure consolidations are arrange in time and following shipping frequency aim by the company.

Responding to the Hillebrand GORI network in a timely manner is paramount to ensure pricing requests are processed within KPI measures and group/ company expectation. Following pricing structure guidelines, as outlined by the company to ensure profit integrity across the business and ensure a competitive landscape is maintained, whilst securing the business.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail and collaboration with your team and wider business to ensure best outcomes at all times.

You will also be liaising with the Hillebrand GORI local and global network (offices and / or agents) to ensure that you are always providing an excellent level of customer service, to both external and internal customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce & maintain accurate quotations to the customer in a timely manner.
- Understand customer needs and be able to offer the best service within different transport options such as Air Freight, Ocean Freight (LCL/FCL/LF), Local transport and/or Storage if needed.
- Provide information to customers on customs tariff for DDP shipments.
- Follow up with customers on quotes/ensuring conversion rates.
- Send instructions to operations with completed documentation to arrange the shipments.
- Ensure shipments meet NZ MPI criteria, guiding customer when needed.
- Guide customer on the end-to-end freight forwarding process.
- Develop relationships and deeply collaborate with internal and external customers/dept.
- Helping to foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Actively assist the pricing team to ensure team cover/quotations during leave and absences.
- Provide sales support, in particular by handling the pricing and to ensure quotations are produced timely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Pass on/present opportunities to the Pricing Supervisor so these can be followed up Always considering volume and Gross Margin budgets & targets.
- Utilise and maintain all sales tools and systems provided.
- Following Hillebrand policies and procedures at all times.
- Effective and clear communication at all times.
- Commercial acumen is a requirement, understanding both our industry and customer base is critical to success.
