Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Tauranga. In this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating sales agreements, presenting product offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients and achieve sales targets is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, negotiation skills, and proficiency in account management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of aluminium windows and doors or experience in the building/construction industry is a plus
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools is beneficial
  • Valid driver's license required
