Overview:
Our client, a leader in the financial services sector, is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in their transformation initiatives.

In this critical position, you will be at the heart of the organisation's strategic alignment efforts, championing their enterprise portfolio ensuring that all initiatives support ambitious growth objectives while delivering tangible results.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in enterprise portfolio management or a senior PMO role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong track record of managing complex projects across diverse business units, driving initiatives that yield significant business value.
  • Outstanding financial acumen, capable of evaluating investment business cases and project financials.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities and a well-honed executive presence, maintaining robust relationships with senior leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., Agile, MSP, PRINCE2) and the ability to apply them flexibly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear insights.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with change management and coaching teams through transformational changes.
  • Awareness of industry best practices in project portfolio management and emerging trends.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project/programme/portfolio management (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies) are highly preferred.

You will be required to work collaboratively across multiple teams while engaging with the executive layer.
