The Role

This position is primarily based at a key Auckland CBD site, but you'll also need to be adaptable to support other client locations when required. You'll ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely, delivering high-quality service and maintenance. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Carry out scheduled and reactive HVAC maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic faults
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues
  • Complete accurate service reports and maintain job records
  • Provide quotes for remedial works when required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
  • Participate in training and maintain required certifications

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 3-4 years of HVAC inContinuestallation and service experience
  • NZ Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or HVAC trade certificate (or equivalent)
  • Electrical Service Technician and refrigerant filler licenses
  • A current NZ driver's license
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
