We're Hiring: Experienced Heat Pump Service Technician

Due to strong demand and forecast growth, we are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced and reliable heat pump service technician.

In this role, you will:
  • Service and repair HVAC systems and equipment in homes, offices, and light commercial buildings.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Communicate with clients to explain issues, necessary repairs, and maintenance procedures.
  • Complete all service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Take genuine pride in workmanship and presentation
  • Work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Service customers across the greater Auckland region

To succeed in this role, you will bring:


• Proven heat pump service experience

• A great attitude and commitment to quality work

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• NZ Residency, Citizenship, or a valid Work Visa

• A full, clean NZ driver's licence
