**About the Role****

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives on variety, stakeholder engagement and delivering insights that shape decisions. Working across executive leaders, operations and regional teams, you'll provide high-quality analysis, reporting and advice that supports both day-to-day performance and long-term planning.

You'll take ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver meaningful monthly reporting, and help lift financial capability across the organisation. A key part of the role is managing the capital expenditure programme, reviewing business cases, forecasting depreciation and presenting clear recommendations. You'll also contribute to systems development, asset planning and financial improvements that make a real difference.

**Key Responsibilities****

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide insights, challenge assumptions and support decision-making
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for assigned areas
  • Produce accurate monthly reporting, variance analysis and commentary
  • Oversee the capital expenditure process and review business cases
  • Support asset planning, depreciation modelling and replacement forecasting
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure integrity of financial information
  • Contribute to audits, systems improvements and data accuracy initiatives
  • Develop financial models, tools and dashboards for better business performance
  • Build financial capability across key stakeholders

**About You****

You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders, technically strong, and able to translate numbers into meaningful insights. You're proactive, improvement-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic and operational work.

**You'll bring:****

  • 5+ years' experience in financial accounting, analysis or business partnering
  • CA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Strong modelling, reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication capability
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with capex programmes or complex financial projects (advantage)
