We’re on the lookout for a passionate and analytical **Finance Analyst** to join our dynamic Albany based Support Centre Finance team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to shape business strategy through financial insight, this opportunity could be your perfect next step.

Depending on your experience, this role could be tailored to a more senior level, offering additional scope and responsibility.

**Reporting to FP&A Manager, you’ll be the financial engine behind smart decision-making. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to**:

- Building and maintaining dynamic models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Leading in-depth financial analysis to uncover trends, flag risks, and spot opportunities
- Supporting long-term planning with robust scenario modelling and sensitivity testing
- Designing and presenting intuitive dashboards that turn numbers into actionable insights
- Partnering across teams to shape business cases for innovative initiatives and investments

**To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with; -**
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CA qualified or working towards it, preferred)
- Solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills, with strength in financial modelling and data visualization (e.g., Power BI)
- Familiarity with TM1 and SAP (a big plus)
- Some exposure to SQL and Power Query (preferred, not essential)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
- Strategic thinking, professional curiosity, and confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment
