We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, collaborative **Finance Deployment Specialist** to join our Albany-based Support Centre **on a 2-year fixed term contract**. If you’re passionate about data integrity, system readiness, and supporting store deployment success, this could be your next big move

As part of our Finance team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our financial data is accurate, complete, and ready for migration to SAP.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Be the go-to expert for Finance Master Data, supporting deployment activities across the business.
- Partner closely with our Finance Deployment Team to capture requirements and ensure readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams and deployment partners to deliver seamless store openings.
- Champion data accuracy and process excellence to support operational success.

**Reporting to the Finance Deployment Lead, your key functions will include**:

- ** Master Data SME**: Partner with the Data Team to analyse and validate store master data, ensuring it’s complete and ready for migration from legacy systems to SAP.
- ** Data Cleansing & Reconciliation**: Work closely with our System Accountants to cleanse and reconcile financial data across SAP and legacy systems, ensuring deployment readiness.
- ** Process Documentation**: Collaborate with your Manager and Finance Deployment Team to document processes, tasks, and presentations that support future deployments.
- ** Cutover Activities**: Participate in store deployment cutover tasks, helping ensure a smooth transition and operational readiness.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A strong eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy.
- Experience working with financial systems (SAP experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
