About the role
As Head of Marketing Strategy you report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and play a pivotal role in our newly formed Growth Group.

You'll lead a talented team spanning brand, campaigns, marketing services and design, shaping how marketing drives business growth and connects customers.

This is a great opportunity to influence at scale, setting the strategy, structure and standards for how marketing delivers impact. You champion operational excellence across all marketing functions, ensuring the right systems, partnerships and creative direction are in place to support our growth ambitions.

In this key role you'll

• Shape and lead an integrated marketing strategy that delivers measurable brand and business growth
• Inspire and empower a high performing team across brand, campaigns, marketing services and design
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistency and performance across all marketing activity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing and business priorities and growth ambitions
• Leverage insights and data to continually refine strategy, elevate execution and improve impact

To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following

• A mix of strategist and storyteller, able to see the big picture and bring it to life through people, ideas and execution.
• Proven track record leading complex integrated marketing strategies that deliver real commercial impact.
• Experience in campaigns and digital, judgement to push creativity and win at performance.
• The confidence to influence stakeholders and humility to bring others with you.
• A leadership style that inspires clarity, accountability and pride in craftsmanship, and energy for continuous improvement.
• A natural curiosity and energy for continuous improvement, you love to build, refine and elevate.
