Our bakery is looking for a multiple skilled Bakers to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious baked goods and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and production.

About the Role:

  • Permanent full-time, minimum 30 hours per week, rostered including weekends
  • Pay $30 to $40 per hour based on skills and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Mix, prepare, and bake bread and pastries.
  • Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
  • Ensure all products meet consistent quality standards.
  • Check inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety standards at all times.
  • Keep a clean and orderly baking environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Manage POS and bakery softwar
  • Manage Inventory Tracker

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Baker.
  • Great attention to detail and creativity.
  • Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries, desserts, bread, etc.).
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
  • Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, etc.
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Good eye for detail
  • Social Media Savy
  • Have a good understanding or photography and videography
