KNTW Limited is a production bakery and has an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Baker to join our team based in Tawa, Wellington. This is a permanent full-time position.

We’re looking for an experienced baker that is comfortable producing bread, but that has experience in cakes and pastry in a high-volume production environment.

**The Role;**

As a baker, you're assisting in the day-to day running of the production line, ensuring that a maximum range and quantity of high quality fresh baked products are available for delivery to our customers. This role will predominantly involve the production of bread products as well as other bakery items.

The work environment is busy and dynamic and will require you to think fast on their feet and have excellent organisation skills. We pride ourselves in our ability to seek continuous improvement and innovation throughout the department.

- A trade qualified baker that displays passion and pride for their craft
- Outstanding baking skills and presentation of products within a high-volume bakery
- Excellent knowledge of Food, Health and Safety processes
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
- Punctuality, flexibility, honesty and reliability
- A strong focus on teamwork, communication and relationship building.
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
