What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee all internal operations, ensuring projects, teams, and systems are optimised to deliver results. You'll work closely with leadership to solve problems, streamline processes, and support departments in achieving their goals.

You will:

• Manage and optimise internal workflows across departments

• Support team leads with process clarity, resource coordination, and performance tracking

• Assist with resourcing decisions to ensure teams have what they need to succeed

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current systems and create and implement SOPs

• Maintain and evolve company-wide project management systems (ClickUp, HubSpot, or equivalent)

• Oversee strategic projects, tracking milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines

• Troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track and within scope

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and act as a central coordination point

• Prepare and present project updates and reports to leadership

• Collaborate with departments to track KPIs and performance metrics

• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior leadership

You bring:

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Natural problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset

• People management skills, including coaching, giving feedback, and managing compliance

• Clear and effective communication across all levels

• Experience in operations, project management, or systems-focused roles

• Comfort with project management and workflow tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar)

• High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

• Ability to take initiative and follow through independently

• Adaptable, calm under pressure, and solution-focused

• A good sense of humour, team spirit, and love for continuous improvement

• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Exposure to business coaching, education, or online service industries
