Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
As an Academic Programmes Coordinator in the Division of Health, you'll deliver high-quality coordination and support across academic programme, accreditation, and review processes. You'll work closely with the Division Manager Quality and Accreditation, supporting the Division Director, Heads of School, Programme Leads, and academic staff to ensure processes run smoothly, information is accurate, and key deadlines are met.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You'll thrive on balancing multiple priorities, building positive relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement within a dynamic and growing Division.
Salary will be in the range of $85,279 to $97,532 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

The Division of Health undertakes research and teaching to achieve better, fairer health outcomes in Aotearoa. Currently, it offers programmes in Biomedical Sciences, Health Promotion, Healthy Active Living, Human Performance Science, Midwifery, Nursing, Pharmacy and Sport Development and Coaching. Future plans include establishing graduate-entry programmes in Medicine, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. The Division of Health is committed to addressing health inequities and preventable diseases, with a particular focus on improving Māori and Pacific health outcomes.
