About the role

We are recruiting for following position:

  • Duty Manager (Full- Time)-Front Office and F&B outlets.

There is an option for this position to be live-in.

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud preferable
  • Proven experience in Hotel Front Office
  • Proven experience in Food and Beverage
  • Ability to work over a rotating roster, including days, evenings and weekends
  • Presentation is impeccable
  • Good written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities

  • Position involves working in both Front Office and F&B outlets.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor service standards and staff performance to uphold brand expectations.
  • Oversee cash handling, shift reports, and daily operational checklists.
  • Support training and development of team members to enhance guest service.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty, making critical decisions when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or duty management role within a 4–5 star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Front Office systems (Opera Cloud,) and F&B service standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
