We are looking for one Store Manager and two Duty Managers and two Team Members at Pizza Hut- Browns Bay, Te Atatu to work full-time.
Store Manager is expected to work a minimum of 30-35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Pay Rate: $23- $24 (Store Manager)

Role and Responsibilities-Store Manager
Control day to day operations by scheduling all team members.
Recruiting the appropriate staff and train them in their specific duties.
Handle local marketing and ensuring circular promotional programmes are adopted and brand consistent.
Ensuring all new initiatives/ranging/ promotions are effectively introduced to the store.
Prepare store budgets and ensure defined Store targets (Sales, GP and Net Profits) are achieved through effective management of the Store.
Order all stock for the entire Pizza Hut store and maintain records of stock levels and all financial transactions performed.
Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
Maintain all the health and safety regulations.
Launch or create the menu items for manager's special in addition to set menu to meet the local market demand.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints appropriately, through to resolution and ensure effective interactions with customers at all times.
Store Manager Requirements:
1. A NZQA Level 7 qualification (Hospitality or Business) AND
Minimum Five years of work experience in management, full time, of working at the fast food industry.
Relevant numerical skills.
Good oral/written communication skills.
Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Role and Responsibilities- Duty Manager
Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and store management.
Assist and monitor new staff induction programs and help them to complete courses with in the stipulated time.
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies and
developing team members.Assist manager to serve high quality product to customers and ensure good quality of food and 100% customer satisfaction.
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Manage Duty Managers and Team Members.
Ensure national and local health and safety codes, and company safety and security
policiesare met.Negotiate competitive deals with customers for large orders with approval from the manager and involved in the marketing of catering for large functions.
Arranging the Purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget. Learning about and providing analysis of P&L results. Learning to operate within established guidelines for expenditure and approval authority.
Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
Attend and assist in conducting regular staff meetings.
Be responsible for shifts under the direct supervision and managing the functioning of the store by assisting the store manager.
Duty Manager Requirements:
1. Relevant qualification Level 7 or higher(Hospitality or Business) AND a minimum of three year of work experience in any management role, full-time, working in the fast food industry.
Relevant numerical skills.
Good oral/written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Valid driver licence required- Need to drive a car without a supervisor
Role and Responsibilities- Team member
Provide a great customer experience to all of our valued customers.
Prepare and cook delicious pizzas according to the instructions provided.
Take orders via phone and over the counter from customers.
Support your team to keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
Deliver orders to customers.
Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness and safety standards for food preparation
areas, cooking services, dishes and utensils.Perform other related duties as assigned.
Team Member Requirements:
Relevant three years experience is Must - Full training will be provided.
Should have a positive attitude with the ability to learn and gain valuable work skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
