Job Title- Retail Manager

No. of Positions- 1

Pay rate- $30- $35 per hour

32- 40 hours weekly

We are seeking a motivated Retail Managers to oversee the operations of our store located in the prime location. This role offer an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals who are passionate about retail management and customer service.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Maintains constant follow-up to ensure budgeted sales, gross profit and controllable expense goals are being achieved.
  • Manage overall store operations, including inventory control, stock management, and merchandising Implements and maintains work schedules, labor control and store payroll expense control programs for the entire store.
  • Models high standards of customer service to achieve and maintain a customer focused store by hiring and training the staff.
  • Advertise the goods or products to make customer aware Manage financials by undertaking budgeting for the business
  • Set prices by keeping profitable margins
  • Mix and match products with in their product line for the promotions and sales.
  • Ensure the compliance with health, safety, and store policies.
  • Maintains stock levels and inventory and ensures the flawless execution of programs.
  • Creates a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business targets.
  • Handle cash, banking procedures, and daily financial report.
  • Regularly communicates with DIRECTOR regarding store operations, staff performance, staff scheduling and any issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies Excellent math skills Ability to manage inventory
  • Excellent customer service skills

2 years of experience OR Level 4 or Higher qualification is preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
