Our company is an established leader in the service and installation arena and specialises in luxury brands. Due to growth, we are on the lookout for an efficient, multitasking Customer Service Administrator to join their team in West Auckland.

About the Role:

In this varied role, you'll be the heartbeat of their office. From handling phone calls and managing schedules, to keeping on top of emails and ordering, you're someone who thrives in a lively yet structured environment. You will love the office buzz, and there are five others in this team. This office is located in Henderson, close to shops and other retail outlets.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Managing incoming calls and email correspondence with a friendly touch
  • Scheduling tasks and managing updates in the system
  • Creating and following up on quotes for services, parts, and products
  • Entering data into various applications
  • Selecting parts and preparing for dispatch
  • Communicating with the team and tackling challenges with a cool head and a can-do attitude

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach
  • The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience in customer service or administration would be an advantage
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • NZ Citizen or Resident
