**About the role**:
At Te Whānau o Waipareira as the Contract administrator you will be providing administrative support as a key member of our funding and contracting team to ensure delivery of programme's are actioned effectively. Reporting to the director and management team you will support an all round service and implementation whilst monitoring through an administrative lens. Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders in a deadline driven environment will also drive you to manage systems are well maintained effectively.

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Maintenance of accurate data collection and analysis
- Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in accurate high level data capturing
- Supporting management with report writing and correspondence
- Reportage of programme deliverables and outcome co
- ordination
