What We Value
At the heart of everything we do are a few core values that define who we are and how we work:
HonestyWe deal in facts — especially when it comes to testing and reporting. Honesty is non-negotiable. That means open, respectful communication and a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback. Integrity builds trust, and trust builds great teams.
InitiativeWe don't wait to be told what to do — and neither should you. If you spot a problem, fix it. If there's a better way to do something, speak up. We value people who take ownership, think ahead, and act with purpose.
CharacterSkills can be taught. Character can't. We want people who show up with positive energy, treat others with respect, and are always willing to help. If you're the kind of person who strengthens a team just by being part of it, you'll fit right in.
Desire to LearnWe believe in growth — both personal and professional. This is a great place to build a lifelong career, especially if you're hungry to learn a new trade, take on challenges, and keep getting better.
Our Culture
We believe strong relationships build great teams. Collaboration, mutual respect, and shared goals shape how we work — every day.
We're committed to continuous improvement. That means improving how we work, how we support each other, and how we grow together. Whether it's your first week or your 20th year, your ideas matter here. We value open minds, fresh perspectives, and people who are always looking for smarter, better ways forward.
