We have opportunities for a Structural Technician and a Senior Structural Technician to join our KR team at Housing Delivery System (HDS) project offices in Auckland. HDS is a Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities initiative; they are changing the approach to how they deliver new homes and developments.

**About the role**

As a Structural Technician with us, you will be responsible for the preparation of 3D Revit Modelling, Detailed Building Consent and Construction Documentation.

HDS is bringing a new way of working on their projects with all teams brought together in one project office from the Architect to the Contractor and everything in between, so to ensure collaboration and coordination across teams and to achieve project time-frames we work to a 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm.

**About you**
- A minimum of 1 year+ experience modelling in Revit across a range of structural projects
- Attention to detail with a good understanding of engineering principals
- Conversant with relevant NZ Building Codes, especially NZS3604 detailing, and Statutory Requirements
- Motivated to learn and develop your expertise
- Adaptable with excellent planning, organising, and time management skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
