HR Coordinator

Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Baygold is looking for an HR Coordinator to provide accurate, confidential and efficient HR coordination and administrative support across the business.

This varied, hands-on role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, reporting, training coordination and employee queries. You'll work closely with leaders and teams to ensure HR processes, records and compliance requirements are delivered reliably.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HRIS data
  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction
  • Supporting starters, movers, and leavers
  • Producing standard HR reports and metrics
  • Coordinating training and maintaining registers
  • Responding to routine HR queries
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration and PPE
  • Assisting with events, reception, and general office support
  • Acting as Baygold's Management GRASP Liaison

About you:

  • 2+ years experience in an HR Coordinator role
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Organized, reliable and enjoys supporting others in a team environment
