Hours - Subject To Change
Monday: 7.30am - 4pm
Tuesday: 7.30am - 4pm
Wednesday: 9.30am - 6pm
Thursday: 7.30am - 5.30/6pm
Friday: 7.30am - 4pm
Saturday: 7.30am - 1pm (one in three weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
- Managing patient information and medical records
- Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying and ordering supplies
- Handle office and financial procedures
- Navigate software systems confidently
- Coordinate staffing and communications with external providers and contractors
Skills And Experience
- Proactive and personable with a passion for patient care
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist/administrator or similar customer service role
- A friendly disposition with a compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy protocols
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong computer literacy with a proficiency in computer systems and medical software (Medtech preferred, but not essential).
