As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while providing vital administrative support to a friendly clinical team.

Monday: 7.30am - 4pm

Tuesday: 7.30am - 4pm

Wednesday: 9.30am - 6pm

Thursday: 7.30am - 5.30/6pm

Friday: 7.30am - 4pm

Saturday: 7.30am - 1pm (one in three weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Managing patient information and medical records
  • Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying and ordering supplies
  • Handle office and financial procedures
  • Navigate software systems confidently
  • Coordinate staffing and communications with external providers and contractors

Skills And Experience

  • Proactive and personable with a passion for patient care
  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist/administrator or similar customer service role
  • A friendly disposition with a compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy protocols
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong computer literacy with a proficiency in computer systems and medical software (Medtech preferred, but not essential).
