Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist, located in Auckland. The role includes managing front desk activities, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, coordinating mail and packages, and assisting with event and program organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management tools.
  • Customer service and front desk management experience.
  • Attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Additional language skills, particularly in French, are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with event coordination and basic digital tools is beneficial.
