A little bit about the role:

This role covers many different things from outbound service phone calls (a daily requirement), covering the service desk for breaks, cleaning cars to running about doing picking up / dropping offs. It is suited to a fast-paced person who is adaptive and eager to learn.

In this role you would:
  • Maximize sales and company profitability by continually improving customer service, parts sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to increasing sales and market share by maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
  • Assist in the branch's reception area with face-to-face customers and phone calls.
  • Outbound phone calls with targets to book service work.
  • Vehicle grooming 1x day weekly for cars on site.
  • Maintain performance by continually improving and updating skills and completing all internal and external training requirements to perform the job.
  • Support the use of all IT (Information Technology) systems such as the Honda Parts System, and HIS/EPC.
  • Ensure that all products and services offered to clients are in keeping with the guidelines and regulations of the company.
  • Practice and upholds Honda Competencies.
  • Maintains Honda New Zealand Limited's presentation standards by ensuring the work area is clean and safe.

  • Experience in a contact center, customer service or Automotive would be an advantage but not necessary
