Building Washing Technician

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Building Wash Technician to join our team in a full-time, permanent role.

What you'll be doing:

  • High-pressure water blasting of building exteriors
  • Applying moss, mould and algae treatments using approved equipment
  • Roof washing, window cleaning and general façade maintenance
  • Operating EWPs (boom lifts, scissor lifts) and following safe working-at-heights procedures
  • Completing job reports, photos and site documentation using mobile technology

This position involves exterior cleaning work across commercial, industrial and residential sites, using high-pressure water blasting, chemical treatments, and Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs). If you enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and take pride in quality results, this is a great opportunity.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who is comfortable working outdoors and at heights
  • Experience with water blasting or EWPs is an advantage (training can be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • A full driver's licence is beneficial but not essential

What you'll be doing:
