Events Coordinator / Admin Support

New Zealand College of Chiropractic – Auckland

Do you love bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an energetic Events Coordinator / Admin Support to join our team and help us deliver a wide range of events for our students, graduates, and alumni.

This role is all about variety; from planning graduation and guest speaker events, to coordinating alumni networking, CPD seminars, and even adding festive flair to campus at Christmas and Halloween.

We're after someone who's organised, proactive, and loves people. If you're the kind of person who thrives on juggling multiple projects, enjoys collaborating with a range of personalities, and has a knack for making things happen (with a smile), you'll fit right in.

Start date: Jan 12th 2026

A snapshot of what you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating and delivering College events – big and small
  • Managing event logistics: venues, catering, marketing, budgets, suppliers, and more
  • Keeping our events fun, professional, and memorable
  • Adding creativity and energy to the way we celebrate and connect

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in event coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for working in a values-driven organisation
  • Ability to work 32 hours, from Tuesday to Friday, with some weekends and evenings
