Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Ltd Invites application for the post of Teller / Banking Specialist for its branch in Auckland.

The role of a Teller / Banking Specialist in our bank would broadly include:

  • Customer service
  • Account opening and related processing
  • Entry / posting / processing of banking transactions
  • Receiving cash / other instruments with proper acknowledgement to customers.
  • Paying cash vouchers after getting it passed by proper authorities.
  • Calling up / emailing / attending to telephone calls / emailing  customers   for transactions, customer service issues / request
  • Marketing of new and existing products and services of the bank to existing and prospective customers
  • Record maintenance
  • Any other clerical duties assigned by the Departmental Head/ Branch Head / Management.

Qualification: The minimum qualification is secondary/tertiary education.

Working Experience:Prior work experience is not essential. However, applicants having experience in customer facing roles in Banking & Finance will be preferred.

Computer Knowledge: Candidate should have the computer knowledge like Windows, MS Office, Internet, etc. Experience of working on Core Banking Solutions such as Finacle will be an added advantage.
