Your Opportunity
We are seeking a customer and relationship-focused individual looking to step up into a business development role. This would suit someone early in their sales career as they join the newly created Business Sales team in Hamilton. Make a real impact, building connections, driving growth, and helping shape the future of a challenger brand that's scaling up fast.

About the Role
As an additional key member of our team, you will grow your skills to:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of small and medium business prospects, guiding them through the sales journey and exceeding your targets.

  • Engage with businesses to understand their needs, tell the NOW story, and showcase the benefits of NOW's solutions in plain English.

  • Self-generate leads and maintain an active presence in the market, balancing inbound and outbound opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Service Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

  • Use your creativity to find new ways to generate leads and contribute to our sales strategy.

  • Deliver exceptional service in every interaction, ensuring commitments are met and customers are delighted.

About You
You are a passionate professional at the beginning of their sales career, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and contributes positively in a team setting.

You bring:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for customer service, sales, and relationship management.

  • Previous experience in a sales environment would be an advantage; a willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment is paramount.

  • Tenacity, resilience, and the ability to self-motivate - comfortable with the ambiguity of a start-up where not every process is set in stone.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
