Here is a chance to step into a highly varied, hands-on accounting role where you will manage accounting across entities and bank accounts, collaborate with IT on system improvements, and provide insights that drive business decisions.

This role reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with the CFO, offering exposure to leadership and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting across entities and bank accounts.
  • Manage cashflow, treasury, banking processes, and ensure strong financial controls.
  • Prepare external and regulatory reports and support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, internal teams, and external stakeholders to improve systems and processes.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

About You:

  • CA qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Accounting & Finance experience of 5 Years or more.
  • Strong accounting and finance experience, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and business acumen.
  • Experience in MYOB or Dynamics AX an advantage; financial services experience is a plus but not essential.
