Chow Social is home to some of the city's most vibrant restaurants and bars, and we're looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our day-to-day financial operations.

This role is perfect for someone who loves accuracy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, Xero and POS reconciliation, daily banking, and providing financial support to managers and the wider team. This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, structure, and working closely with both operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process AP and AR, including invoicing, payment runs, and debtor follow-ups
  • Reconcile daily POS takings and ensure accurate posting into Xero
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations across multiple business accounts
  • Liaise with suppliers, venue managers, and POS providers
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end tasks
  • Provide general financial administration and audit support
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years' experience in Accounts or Finance Administration
  • Strong Xero experience, especially reconciliations and coding
  • Sound knowledge of AP/AR and financial processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication and professional relationship-building

Nice to Have:

  • Hospitality industry or POS system experience
  • Exposure to budgeting/forecasting
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or software like ApprovalMax/Concur
  • Interest in growing into a Senior Accounts or Assistant Accountant role
