As a vital member of our team

  • You'll create a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each guest's experience

  • Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, and highlight promotions to guests

  • Set up your bar – stock up on all the supplies you'll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works

  • Prepare delicious coffee as needed
  • Contribute to the wine, beer and cocktail menus

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

  • Ability to work either mornings or evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A positive and energetic attitude with a "can do" approach meaning you're happy to roll up your sleeves and help everyone out
  • Prior experience and knowledge of wines, cocktails and spirits
  • Ability to be self-motivated and a self-starter that can take the lead in any situation
