**About the role**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Little Mez. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will play a crucial role in crafting and serving our signature cocktails, showcasing the diverse and vibrant world of Tequila and mezcal to our guests. From classic margaritas to innovative mezcal concoctions, you'll have the opportunity to create exceptional drinks that leave a lasting impression on our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, focusing on quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Utilise your knowledge of Tequila and mezcal to craft unique and innovative cocktails that reflect the spirit of Little Mez.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and provide an exceptional level of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and improve existing ones.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Tequila and mezcal, including their history a bonus
- Strong cocktail-making skills, with the ability to create balanced and delicious drinks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
