**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a talented Cocktail Bartender to join our esteemed team at Little Blackwood. As a pivotal member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity in a bustling and vibrant environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your extensive knowledge and experience to craft a wide range of creative cocktails, catering to diverse tastes and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, recommending drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar station, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and contribute to the evolving bar menu.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy during peak hours and busy periods.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender is essential. A strong portfolio of crafted beverages created and served is highly desirable.
- Profound knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail-making techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in drink preparation and presentation.
