The Role

We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender, with experience in fine dining or a premium venue preferred. As part of our team, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, with classic cocktail knowledge a must and basic wine knowledge preferred. This role is for 20-35 hours per week, nights only, however weekend availability is a must.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • have a minimum of 2 year experience as a cocktail bartender
  • be flexible to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner
  • have excellent customer service and a high service standard
  • be warm and personable, with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
  • have excellent personal presentation
  • have basic wine knowledge
  • be fluent in English
  • be a team player
