The Opportunity:

We're looking for two Call Centre Operators to join our fast – paced Auckland Control Room – the heartbeat of our operation.

Here, no two shifts look the same. You'll be coordinating Alarm, Noise Control, ATM Helpdesk and Welfare operations, responding to real-time situations, supporting our frontline teams, and helping keep people safe.

Mandatory Requirements:

To progress through the recruitment process, you must consent to and pass pre-employment checks, including:

  • Ministry of Justice Criminal History
  • Credit, Immigration and Right to Work checks
  • Ability to work rostered shifts (24/7 environment)
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Confidence using multiple computer systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
