This opportunity is an influential role, providing inspirational leadership and direction, with overall accountability for growing the business through strategic planning and execution of our global Supply Chain. It is a trusted leadership role in a dynamic environment where an agile approach will need to be fostered to design and deliver optimal operational processes to maximise efficiency in demand and supply planning, inventory management, distribution, warehousing, logistics, delivery & installation operations.

You will be a strong leader with the demonstrated ability to deliver a world-class end to end Supply Chain experience, and drive the global team to ensure alignment across all markets we operate in. You will strive to gain a deep understanding of F&P’s vision, strategic direction and brand aspiration, supporting commercial & performance solutions that align with our shared strategic imperatives.

To be successful, you will have an in-depth working knowledge of the Supply Chain end-to-end operation including demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehouse, distribution and logistics and their environmental influences.

Through your leaders, you will drive Operational Excellence on the principles of clear accountability and forward focus. Alongside this, you’ll foster a human-centred environment where people are encouraged to learn and grow, to perform their best and empower them to deliver the right work, in the right way.

**So who are you?**

You’ll be a proven senior operational leader with a track record of successfully transforming and growing a Supply Chain operation, and experience in business leadership across functional areas of a global consumer organisation. Your background with Global multi-national leadership encompasses strategy creation and execution of Supply Chain end-to-end Operation, and will span across manufacturing, sales, warehousing, and customer service business.

You’ll have demonstrated ability to develop the right internal culture to enable business growth, and have an expert understanding of the levers required to support profitable growth, managing inventory levels and deliver to promise, using insight to enhance customer experience.

You drive a LEAN mind set through continuous process improvement, increasing efficiency, and sharing and aligning to best practices. Your strategic thinking and ability to lead through influence, have ensured your track record of successfully transforming and growing a supply chain operation.
