Are you skilled at making sound credit decisions and building strong business relationships? As a Business Advisor Manager, you'll use your delegated lending authority (DLA) to deliver timely, quality credit decisions across home loans, personal lending, and business/commercial applications. You'll work closely with our partners to structure lending solutions that support growth

Your ability to guide and support credit applications will help manage expectations and ensure a consistent flow of quality lending to Kiwibank. If you're passionate about delivering credit solutions and enjoy fostering professional partnerships, this role is for you

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to approach challenges with composure and efficiency without compromising on quality.

  • Strong practical experience in credit analysis and risk assessment, particularly within business and commercial lending

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and adding value
  • Solid understanding of financial legislation and compliance requirements within the banking sector
