ABOUT US

The SPCA helps protect over 30,000 animals every year. By rescuing, rehabilitating, sheltering and advocating for animals, we directly improve their lives. Our National Office team supports the teams and volunteers who make this possible and we're looking for a passionate, relationship-driven professional to join us.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We're a passionate, diverse group dedicated to improving animal welfare and making a real difference. From fundraising and donor engagement to education, people services and marketing, we work together in a positive and inclusive environment built on kindness, respect, safety and compliance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role blends strategy and heart where you'll manage a Major Donor portfolio, grow new opportunities, and create meaningful donor experiences that strengthen SPCA's mission. Your days will also include:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Major Donors through authentic engagement.
  • Source and cultivate new fundraising prospects using SPCA's supporter database and networks.
  • Create tailored stewardship and cultivation plans that drive ongoing giving.

  • Maintain accurate donor records and reporting in Raiser's Edge (CRM).
  • Collaborate across teams to align communications, share donor insights, and grow fundraising outcomes.
