Kia ora We're looking for a new Banking Consultant to join our Retail team based in Tauranga.

Is this your next role?

You'll be an excellent communicator who is passionate about providing exceptional service over the phone and online - making sure our customers have the best experience possible.

This job will keep you interested, challenged and on your toes with a range of customer contact channels and working with a range of Heartland products in a supportive team environment that encourages development and training.

You'll provide customers with a radically different customer experience - making sure that they are well informed, feeling happy and valued.

You're a real people person - always keen to help and chat to people. You'll have an engaging, positive and clear phone manner and can strong build relationships quickly with our customers. You're looking to commit for the long haul somewhere you're valued, respected and have the opportunity to take the time with our customers - adding a real human touch

You're a pro with:

  • Customer service experience
  • An interest in the financial services industry
  • Great customer services skills

Heartland is an NZX/ASX-listed financial services group with big growth plans. Heartland Group owns both Heartland Bank in New Zealand and Heartland Bank in Australia. We provide award-winning savings and finance products to a diverse range of customers including business owners, farmers and retirees.
