About the Role

We are an expanding healthcare provider seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to drive growth across the aged-care and primary healthcare sector.

You'll be out meeting facility managers, clinical leaders and purchasing decision-makers to present our supply and service solutions — converting opportunities into ongoing accounts.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, professional engagement, and strategic selling within healthcare.

Key Responsibilities


• Prospect, visit and present to residential care facilities and healthcare providers


• Build trusting relationships with senior facility decision-makers


• Convert prospects into contract agreements


• Maintain a pipeline and activity reporting


• Represent our service offering professionally in the market

Ideal Candidate


• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales is essential


• Confident engaging nurses, managers, and clinicians


• Target-driven, polished, and self-managed


• Able to build credibility quickly


• Full NZ driver's license and willingness to travel locally
