**Job Description**:
As Sales Support Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing critical customer-facing processes, including Checkouts, Loss Prevention, and Administration/Cashier. You'll also be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results, while also ensuring compliance with internal audit standards, Worksafe administration, and other key performance metrics.

This role is 45 hours working Sunday - Thursday

Sunday to Wednesdays is 7.30am to 5pm

Thursday late night 12pm to 9.30pm

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-driven, confident leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance through your team. You'll also need to have a good understanding of cash and checkout procedures, as well as product services, and be able to interpret and execute plans effectively.
