About the Role

As the Service & Support Manager, you'll oversee all post-installation support activities — ensuring customers receive fast, professional, and solutions-focused service.

You'll work closely with technical leads and the wider leadership team to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and uphold the company's reputation for innovation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a skilled team of engineers and technicians across service, support, and warehousing.
  • Drive a consistent, high-quality customer experience from installation to long-term support.
  • Oversee support ticket management, warranty processes, and escalation resolution.
  • Manage local warehouse operations — stock levels, replenishment and supply of aftermarket parts.
  • Conduct post-job reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Resolve customer feedback and complaints effectively while fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to identify and implement product and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards and operational policies.

About You You're an adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys improving systems and developing people.

You'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a multifaceted technical or service team (engineers/technicians).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical understanding.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and the confidence to make informed operational decisions.
  • Advanced computer literacy and reporting capability.
  • Current driver's license and valid passport (for occasional travel across Australia, New Zealand, USA & UK).
  • Management qualifications (desirable).
