About the role…You'll bring the Macpac story to life—crafting compelling content, driving SEO performance, and helping shape every customer touchpoint.

What you'll be doing…

  • Craft Captivating Content: Create compelling copy across blogs, landing pages, EDMs, social media, in store signage and paid ads—ensuring everything is clear, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Drive SEO Performance: Optimise website copy to improve visibility, relevance, and user experience in collaboration with SEO and Social Media & Content Specialist
  • Champion the Brand Voice: Safeguard Macpac's tone of voice, ensuring accuracy, consistency, approvals, and alignment with brand and ACCC compliance standards.
  • Ignite Creative Ideas: Collaborate with content and graphic design leads to develop standout concepts and storytelling for seasonal and brand campaigns.
  • Elevate Every Touchpoint: Produce high-quality copy for marketing collateral, partnerships, corporate communications—from scripts to taglines and content.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Craft brand-aligned customer responses and maintain an organised copy repository to support smooth workflows across the Marketing Team.

  • Macpac Savvy: An understanding of Macpac products—or a willingness to learn quickly—so product stories and technical details are accurate and real.
  • Relevant Qualifications: A Diploma in Communications, Literature, Media, or a related field (essential), with an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing, Literature, or Marketing Communications considered a strong advantage.
