As our **Technical Copywriter**, you’ll be the voice that transforms technical product details into inspiring, accessible, and accurate content that connects customers to our gear.

**What You’ll Do...**
- ** Own product storytelling** - craft compelling copy for web, packaging, in-store collateral, and training resources.
- ** Translate complexity into clarity** - turn technical specifications into easy-to-understand content that speaks to all adventurers.
- ** Protect accuracy & compliance** - ensure all product claims align with brand and partner guidelines (Polartec, Pertex, Bluesign, RDS).
- ** Manage product information** - maintain a master product database to deliver consistent, reliable content across platforms.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally** - partner with Product, Marketing, Digital, and Wholesale teams to bring stories to life.

**What We’re Looking For...**
- Proven experience in **technical writing, product copywriting, or a related role**—outdoor industry experience is a plus.
- A natural ability to **simplify complex details** into engaging, customer-friendly copy.
- Strong **stakeholder management skills**—comfortable working with designers, marketers, and product developers.
- An eagle eye for detail to ensure every word is **accurate, compliant, and on-brand**.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to **juggle multiple priorities and deadlines**.
