**About the opportunity**

This vacancy arises from an internal promotion, which underscores the firm's commitment to fostering the professional and personal growth of its team members. Reporting to the Head of Marketing this role will see you joining the company’s small and highly capable marketing team.

In this dynamic national role, you can expect a diverse daily workload encompassing:

- Internal and external communications (including newsletters, directory submissions and lawyer's business development needs).
- Securing sponsorships, optimising profile-building, and providing post-engagement reports.
- Managing all website and social media platforms.
- Coordinating of all marketing functions and events.
- Developing and maintaining of marketing databases and materials.

While centred in Ōtautahi, you'll thrive in an independent work setting with support for hybrid work, along with a comprehensive work-from-home setup.

**About you**

To thrive in this role, a marketing qualification and over 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or communications are prerequisites, with B2B experience preferred. Your expertise in coordinating social media campaigns, managing websites, and overseeing sponsorships and events is crucial. Additionally, your adeptness in copywriting, copy editing, and organisational skills especially in prioritising and executing tasks under pressure will be vital.
