The Role:
We are looking for a teacher in training or experienced unqualified teacher to join our long-standing and collaborative team at Bear Park St Clair.

This is a full time position which we are lucky to be able to accommodate in any of our age-appropriate rooms. 

At Bear Park we work hard to ensure our centre, and room teams, are diverse, collaborative and communicative. Our incredible ratios and open-ended environments allow teachers time to partake in small group work driving rich engagement with children. We pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable and fun teaching environment where ideas are shared, creativity is nurtured and support is key.

We believe in providing enriching and empowering learning experiences and strive to ensure each child is treated as the incredible individual they are. We value the importance of the environment, and have created many inspiring spaces that reflect the character of our centre, our children and our teachers. Our rooms are bright and open with the outdoors being easily accessible. Our generous outdoor areas and expansive lawns allow children the space to explore and enjoy, and our wonderful garden and vegetable plots enable them to plant and nurture flowers and vegetables.

With inspiration from Reggio Emilia, our teachers have a passion for inspiring wonder, creativity, imagination and investigation, fostering children's hundred languages and unravelling their theories alongside them.  Our Centre Director is experienced and approachable and spends time on the floor working alongside the teaching team and children to understand how best to support them.
