The Role:
Bear Park Hobsonville truly is a centre you have to see to believe. Housed within the historic Mill House, this beautiful waterfront property, with amazing sea views and an acre of park-like grounds, has been re-designed and added onto to create a purpose-built facility to serve the growing number of families in the area. 

We are searching for a Qualified Teacher to join our team of 4 teachers in the wonderful Fantails room working with our youngest children. With a maximum of 12 children this allows fabulous ratios of 1:3. Working within a modern, light-filled space, designed specifically for babies and toddlers, you will have an abundance of natural resources and shade covered outdoor spaces to incorporate your love for the environment into your practice. 

Alongside great ratios, we provide 3 hours of collaborative programme planning time every week, to allow our teaching teams to reflect, plan and support each other as a team. This is done during work hours, to allow your personal time to remain your own.
