We are looking for:

Demi Chef – Indian Cuisine Specialist (Casual Position)

We're expanding our team and are looking for a talented Indian cuisine specialist to join us in creating an authentic and flavourful Indian buffet experience for our guests.

Your day-to-day

What do we do? We operate a Breakfast Buffet, hold Conferences/Meetings that require catering, provide Room Service and have a popular Dinner Ala carte menu Join us and grow your experience and exposure into these areas.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in preparing and presenting authentic Indian dishes (buffet or à la carte)
  • A passion for quality, flavour, and presentation
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a close-knit environment
  • Relevant experience in a similar kitchen role
  • Valid working rights for New Zealand
