As our Industrial Electrician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently—maintaining and improving plant electrical systems, automation controls, and power infrastructure as we scale up our production and technology footprint.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Industrial Electrician, you will:

• Perform electrical maintenance and fault-finding on industrial plant and equipment.
• Install, maintain, and program PLCs, VSDs, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in motors, pumps, and production lines.
• Assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning.
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work closely with engineers and maintenance staff to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled, safety-conscious electrician who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment and enjoys hands-on problem solving.

Essential:

• New Zealand Registered Electrician with a current practising licence.
• Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of VSDs, PLCs, and motor control systems.
• Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Preferred:

• Experience with automation and process-control environments.
• Familiarity with mechanical maintenance principles.
