Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating and cost planning for interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.
- Managing contract negotiations, procurement, and supplier agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conducting financial reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis to keep projects on track.
- Monitoring variations, claims, and progress payments, ensuring all financial aspects align with project objectives.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and project managers to provide clear, concise financial updates.
- Implementing value engineering strategies to optimise project budgets and improve cost efficiency.
- Preparing final accounts and cost reconciliations upon project completion.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the interior fit-out or construction industry 5+ years.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and cost management.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, ensuring successful engagement with stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
